NFP is an insurance company—which (no surprises here) can be a fairly dry industry. Our goal was to bring their brand to life with creative that demonstrated both expertise and the fact that insurance companies can be fun, too, okay??? We got a bit cheeky and emphasized the fact that, behind all of the benefits and claims and other insurance hubub, there are regular people who talk like regular people—and highlighted just how human-centric their business actually is.
